 CONTACT KATHLEEN ON FACEBOOK Kathleen Hoffman (Gales) BURLINGTON, KANSAS From Kathleen: Wow! It’s hard to condense 50 years into a small space! I had 46 wonderful years of marriage to the love of my life, Larry, who died in July, 2013. We had 3 children: Scott, Kristi, and Kari, plus 3 grandchildren, all living in Kansas--yeah! After receiving BS and MS degrees in education from Emporia State University, I taught preschool, two classes at Cloud County CC, and then substituted for 25 years at Concordia, Greensburg, and Burlington, Ks. Loved getting to know all the kids in those school districts. Now I’m a volunteer tutor in 1st grade. Favorite pastimes are my grandchildren, photography, genealogy, traveling, and attempting to be a golfer and bowler. Our favorite travels were to England, Luxembourg, Grand Canyon, and historic northeastern states. I’m very blessed to have wonderful relatives, great friends, my church family, and, of course, my 1964 PHS classmates! Looking forward to our reunion!
