Linda Lawson (Humphries) GROVE, OKLAHOMA From Linda: Left high school in ’64, went to Kansas State College @ Pittsburg. Graduated in ’68 and decided to continue by finishing up at Oklahoma State University in ’70 with my Masters. Was hired and remained employed by OSU with the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service for 34 years. Worked in Stillwater for 2 years then moved to NE OK and Grand Lake for the remainder of my employment. It was when I moved to Grove, OK that I met my husband, Paul. We celebrated our 39th anniversary this past summer. I did retire from OSU only to work for Wal-Mart 4 years and now have been teaching at the Cookson Hills Christian Ministries (Kansas, OK) for the past 6 years. I guess I like staying around young people. In our spare time Paul and I like to camp and be outside. We have one son who is married and lives and works in the state of Washington. Fifty years is a long time. It will be fun to see the changes that have occurred.
