In my words, if has been better than OK, it's been terrific! My career was with AMR and Sabre Group in various positions. Starting in the field in OKC, and a move to Tulsa in 1980 where I transitioned to Sabre, I worked as a Vendor Contract Manager, Process and Quality Consultant, Client Account Executive, and Director of Technical Support. It was a great ride. I retired early, purchased a lake property and moved there in 2010,when my daughter and her husband were expecting their first child. After remodeling the lake house, one of nine remodels that I've done, and the last of three grandbabies was out of diapers, I returned to my house in Tulsa in 2010. I've been blessed in so many ways - my sister and adopted mother, Tina Rice, made my education possible; the opportunities for professional training, travel and personal growth in my career, surviving cancer twice and best of all, my beautiful daughter, her husband and three gorgeous grands. My third car garage serves as my shop. I have lots of boy toys and do wood working. An avid reader, I still sew some, travel and am active in volunteer work. GO BACK | ||
