Aliens exist and Trump almost let it slip, says Israeli professor and former space official. He says American Astronaughts have a joint mission with aliens on Mars

Yahoo News 12-9-20
A former Israeli space security chief has sent eyebrows shooting heavenward by saying that earthlings have been in contact with extraterrestrials from a "galactic federation."
"The Unidentified Flying Objects have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet," Haim Eshed, former head of Israel's Defense Ministry's space directorate, told Israel's Yediot Aharonot newspaper. The interview in Hebrew ran on Friday, and gained traction after parts were published in English by the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday.
A respected professor and retired general, Eshed said the aliens were equally curious about humanity and were seeking to understand "the fabric of the universe."
Eshed said cooperation agreements had been signed between species, including an "underground base in the depths of Mars" where there are American astronauts and alien representatives.
"There is an agreement between the U.S. government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here," he said.
Eshed added that President Donald Trump was aware of the extraterrestrials' existence and had been "on the verge of revealing" information but was asked not to in order to prevent "mass hysteria."
"They have been waiting until today for humanity to develop and reach a stage where we will understand, in general, what space and spaceships are," Eshed said, referring to the galactic federation.
The White House and Israeli officials did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment. Sue Gough, a spokesperson for the Pentagon, declined to comment.
A spokesperson for NASA said one of the agency's key goals was the search for life in the universe but that it had yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life.
"Although we have yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life, NASA is exploring the solar system and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in the universe," the spokesperson said in a statement.
Eshed, who oversaw the launch of numerous Israeli satellites into space, said he was only speaking out now because attitudes were changing and people seemed more receptive.
"If I had come up with what I'm saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized," he told Yediot. "Today, they're already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I've received my degrees and awards, I am respected in universities abroad."
In May, Trump said, "Space is going to be the future, both in terms of defense and offense ... we're now the leader on space," as he was presented with the official flag of a newly created military branch, Space Force.
Its focus, along with a Space Command, is on space as a military domain for the U.S., preserving satellites and communications and a focus on geo-politics in new terrain.

President-elect Joe Biden committed yet another verbal flub Tuesday when he erroneously referred to Vice President-elect Kamala Harris as “president-elect.”
Biden made the error during his planned remarks regarding the coronavirus pandemic in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware.
“I hope the president will clearly and unambiguously urge all Americans to take the vaccine once it’s available,” stated Biden. “I took it to instill public confidence in the vaccine. President-elect Harris took hers today for the same reason.”

Alaska Health Care Worker Has Severe Reaction To The Covid vaccine.

WASHINGTON — A health care worker in Alaska had a serious allergic reaction after getting Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine Tuesday, symptoms that emerged within minutes and required an overnight hospital stay.

The middle-aged worker had no history of allergies but had an anaphylactic reaction that began 10 minutes after receiving the vaccine at Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau, Alaska, a hospital official said. She experienced a rash over her face and torso, shortness of breath and an elevated heart rate.

Dr. Lindy Jones, the hospital’s emergency department medical director, said the worker was first given a shot of epinephrine, a standard treatment for severe allergic reactions. Her symptoms subsided but then reemerged, and she was treated with steroids and an epinephrine drip.

Sign up for The Morning newsletter from the New York Times

When doctors tried to stop the drip, her symptoms reemerged yet again, so the woman was moved to the intensive care unit, observed throughout the night, then weaned off the drip early Wednesday morning, Jones said. He said the woman felt well, remained enthusiastic about the vaccine and was set to be discharged later Wednesday.

Although the Pfizer vaccine was shown to be safe and about 95% effective in a clinical trial involving 44,000 participants, the Alaska case will likely intensify concerns about possible side effects. Experts described the woman’s symptoms as potentially life-threatening and said that they may prompt calls for tighter guidelines to ensure that recipients are carefully monitored for adverse reactions.

Dr. Paul Offit, a vaccine expert and member of an outside advisory panel that recommended the Food and Drug Administration authorize the Pfizer vaccine for emergency use, said the appropriate precautions are already in place. For instance, he said, the requirement that recipients remain in place for 15 minutes after getting the vaccine helped ensure the woman was quickly treated.

“I don’t think this means we should pause" vaccine distribution, he said. “Not at all.” But he said researchers need to figure out “what component of the vaccine is causing this reaction.”

Dr. Jay Butler, a top infectious disease expert with the Centers for Disease Control, said the Alaska case showed the monitoring system works. The agency has recommended that the vaccine be administered in settings that have supplies, including oxygen and epinephrine, to manage anaphylactic reactions.

Millions of Americans are in line to be inoculated with the Pfizer vaccine by the end of the year. As of Wednesday night, it was unclear how many Americans have received it. Alex Azar, the health and human services secretary, said that his department will be releasing that data “several days or maybe a week into this.”

The Alaska woman’s reaction was believed to be similar to the anaphylactic reactions two health workers in Britain experienced after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine last week. Like her, both recovered.

Those cases are expected to come up Thursday, when FDA scientists are scheduled to meet with the agency’s outside panel of experts to decide whether to recommend that regulators approve Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use.

Although Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines are both based on the same type of technology and are similar in their ingredients, it is not clear whether an allergic reaction to one would occur with the other. Both consist of genetic material called mRNA encased in a bubble of oily molecules called lipids, although they use different combinations of lipids.

Offit said in both vaccines, the bubbles are coated with a stabilizing molecule called polyethylene glycol that he considers a “leading contender” for triggering an allergic reaction. He stressed that more investigation is needed.

Pfizer’s trial did not find any serious adverse events caused by the vaccine, although many participants did experience aches, fevers and other side effects. The Alaska woman’s reaction was assumed to be related to the vaccine because it occurred so quickly after the shot.

A Pfizer spokesperson, Jerica Pitts, said that the company does not yet have all the details of the case but is working with local health authorities. The vaccine comes with information warning that medical treatment should be available in case of a rare anaphylactic event, she said. “We will closely monitor all reports suggestive of serious allergic reactions following vaccination and update labeling language if needed,” Pitts said.

After the workers in Britain fell ill, authorities there initially warned against giving the vaccines to anyone with a history of severe allergic reactions. They later clarified their concerns, changing the wording from “severe allergic reactions” to specify that the vaccine should not be given to anyone who has ever had an anaphylactic reaction to a food, medicine or vaccine. That type of reaction to a vaccine is “very rare,” they said.

Pfizer officials have said the two British people who had the reaction had a history of severe allergies. One, a 49-year-old woman, had a history of egg allergies. The other, a 40-year-old woman, had a history of allergies to several different medications. Both carried EpiPen-like devices to inject themselves with epinephrine in case of such a reaction.

Pfizer has said that its vaccine does not contain egg ingredients.

The British update also said that a third patient had a “possible allergic reaction” but did not describe it.

In the United States, federal regulators issued a broad authorization for the vaccine Friday to adults 16 years and older. Health care providers were warned not to give the vaccine to anyone with a “known history of a severe allergic reaction” to any component of the vaccine, which they said was a standard warning for vaccines.

But because of the British cases, FDA officials have said they would require Pfizer to increase its monitoring for anaphylaxis and submit data on it once the vaccine comes into use. Pfizer also said that the vaccine is recommended to be administered in settings that have access to equipment to manage anaphylaxis. Last weekend, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that people with serious allergies can be safely vaccinated with close monitoring for 30 minutes after receiving the shot.

Anaphylaxis can be life-threatening, with impaired breathing and drops in blood pressure that usually occur within minutes or even seconds after exposure to a food, medicine or even a substance like latex to which the person is allergic.

CDC admitted they screwed up COVID19 infection counts and intentionally mislead the public and have apologized, clarifying that the amount of people truly infected is much lower than what was originally reported
An error so egregious it made the director of the Harvard Global Health Institute say “how could the CDC make this mistake? This is a mess."
The American Coronavirus Task Force also admitted to fudging the National COVID19 death count when Dr. Birx said the deaths are people who died “with” COVID19 not “from” COVID19, thus making the real death count much lower than what is currently being reported
Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted masks won’t help against the virus and mask manufacturers are now including warnings that their products do not deter COVID19
He also said that continuing to close the country could cause irreparable damage
CDC backtracked their initial claim that led governors to shutdown their states & clarified that COVID19 does not spread easily on surfaces
Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo confirmed a recent health study showing that 70% of new infections actually originate at home, thus making stay at home orders one of the most dangerous mandates currently in place
Trump stopped funding the WHO and threatened to cut off money permanently until they can prove they are no longer corruptly influenced by communist China after they lied to our country about human to human transmission of COVID19 in January
The curve is flattened, the CDC, WHO, Dr. Fauci, our governors, and many more were completely wrong about the potential threat of this virus. Even California is opening up sooner than anyone expected because the evidence contradicts the long standing and inaccurate narrative still upheld by the extremely dishonest & corrupt media.
If you are still living in fear. Don’t be. The media, global organizations, the government, and its agencies “mislead” the public
People called those of us who knew this all along conspiracy theorists, but it turns out we were just following the facts! Open up your businesses, churches, and homes. Don’t fall for the lies any longer. If you fell for the lies this time, wake up and join the army of truth seekers fighting on the front lines.
The #CDC just confirmed a .2% death-rate for #COVID19 ...
For that, we have:
* Added nearly 6 trillion to national debt
* Laid-off or furloughed 50 million workers
* Placed 60 million on food stamps
* Gone from 3.5%to 20% unemployment
* Crippled the petroleum industry
* Ruined the tourism industry
* Bankrupted the service industry
* Caused an impending meat and protein crisis
* Threatened, fined, and arrested church leaders
* Exacerbated mental health problems
* Shut down schools and colleges
* Given unbridled power to unelected officials
* Increased suicides higher than COVID deaths
* Delayed surgeries and treatments for profound illnesses
* Infringed upon countless important civil liberties
* Placed 300 million Americans on house arrest
These consequences are largely due to two things:
The first is our view of government as a god that can control Providence and plagues. In our hubris, we increasingly view the government as a deity who can stop acts of nature.
The second is our sniveling, 21st-century commitment to safety. Our desire to be “safe” ruined our fiscal, physical, medical, food, energy, and national security.
Unfortunately there is no vaccine for cultural fragility.

February 23, 2019 WRITTEN BY A COP:
Everyone should take 5 minutes to read this. It may save your life or a loved one's life. In daylight hours, refresh yourself of these things to do in an emergency situation... This is for you, and for you to share with your wife, your children, & everyone you know. After reading these 9 crucial tips, forward them to someone you care about. It never hurts to be careful in this crazy world we live in.
1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do :The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do!
2. Learned this from a tourist guide. If a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse,....... DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM.
Toss it away from you... Chances are that he is more interested in your wallet and/or purse than you, and he will go for the wallet/purse.
AND RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!
3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car, kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy.. The driver won't see you, but everybody else will. This has saved lives.
4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit (doing their checkbook, or making a list, etc.)... DON'T DO THIS!
The predator will be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side, put a gun to your HEAD and tell you where to go.
AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR, LOCK THE DOORS AND LEAVE..
If someone is in the car with a gun to your head
DO NOT DRIVE OFF....... Repeat: DO NOT DRIVE OFF!!!!
Instead gun the engine and speed into anything, wrecking the car. Your Air Bag will save you. If the person is in the back seat they will get the worst of it.
As soon as the car crashes......BAIL OUT AND RUN!!!!
It is better than having them find your body in a remote location.
5. A few notes about getting into your car in a parking lot, or parking garage:
A.) BE AWARE... look around you, look into your car, at the passenger side floor and in the back seat.
B.) If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door.
Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.
C.) Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the passenger side.. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a guard/policeman to walk you back out.
IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
(And better paranoid than dead.)
6. ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs. Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot.
This is especially true at NIGHT!)
7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN!
The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; and even then,
it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN!!!!
Preferably in a zig -zag pattern!
8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP!!!
It may get you raped or killed.
(Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked 'for help' into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next VICTIM).
9. Another Safety Point:
Someone just told me that her friend heard a crying baby on her porch the night before last and because it was late and she thought it was weird..She called the police.
The police told her 'Whatever you do, DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR!
The lady then said that it sounded like the baby had crawled near a windrow and she was worried that it would crawl to the street and get run over. The policeman said, 'We already have a unit on the way, whatever you do, do not open the door.' He told her that they think a serial killer has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax women out of their homes thinking that someone dropped off a baby.. He said they have not verified it, but have had several calls by women saying that they hear baby's cries outside their doors when they're home alone at night.
10. Water scam!
If you wake up in the middle of the night to hear all your taps outside running or what you think is a burst pipe.....
DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE!
These people turn on all your outside taps full blast so that you will go out to investigate and then attack.
Stay alert, keep safe, and look out for your neighbors!
I'd like you to forward this to all the women you know.
It may save a life.
I was going to send this to the ladies only but guys, if you love your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, etc.... You may want to pass it onto them.
Everyone should take 3 minutes to read this and SHARE. It may save your life or a loved one's life.

------------------------- Who remembers the Hinny Wine commercials on KBIX Radio in Muskogee in the 80's? Afeelya Hinny, Thore Hinny and Big Red Hinny were some of the characters in the commercials. I never could figure out if there really was Hiney Wine or they were just a joke. The Legend of Hiney Wine
As hoaxes go, so-called Hiney Wine — advertised on radio stations all across America in the early 1980s — wasn’t too hard to see through. Nevertheless, enough people got taken in that the gag took on a life of its own, even spawning a real-life Hiney Wine that still stalks the land to this day.

Hiney Wine was the brainchild of a radio DJ named Terry Dorsey, who in 1981 was the morning guy at struggling station KPLX in Dallas. Dorsey scripted a bogus commercial for a place called “Hiney Winery” and aired it for laughs. The winery was supposedly founded by Uncle Harry Hiney, a homebrewer who was persuaded by his nephews Big Red Hiney and Thor Hiney (get it?) that “his Hiney was too good to keep to himself.” No butt-joke or bad pun was too lame to run: the entire Hiney clan formed a “crack inspection team” to ensure no Hiney Wine was sold before its time, and the Hiney Winery motto was, “you only go around once in life, so grab all the Hiney you can get.”

The Hiney spots proved to be such a hit — and fooled enough listeners — that Dorsey and the general manager at the station, T. J. Donnelly, sold the scripts to radio stations around the country (Los Angeles DJ Rick Dees, of “Disco Duck” fame, ran them for years). The ads were altered to give a different location for Hiney Winery depending on where they aired. Listeners in Virginia (for example) were told Hiney was headquartered on Butts Station Road in Chesapeake, Virginia; Vermonters were told it came from the small town of Hinesburg, Vermont. The location given was usually a real place, and residents of these obscure locales found themselves fending off visitors asking, innocently or not, where they could find Hiney.

Dorsey and Donnelly made even more money by selling Hiney paraphernalia: buttons, ballcaps, t-shirts and the like. They kept the hoax alive as long as possible, changing locations around and telling callers who complained they couldn’t find Hiney that the winery had burned down, but would be re-opening again shortly.

Eventually the gag ran its course — some would say none too soon. But in 2008, Donnelly took a shot at reviving Hiney as an actual wine. Sourced from grapes provided by respected Skylite Cellars in Washington State, “Big Red Hiney” is apparently not bad, a blend of cabernet, syrah and merlot grapes that has earned solid reviews.

Of course there are also double-entendre Hiney ads to support the brand, not on radio this time but viral videos. Uncle Harry and Seymour Hiney (get it?) discuss putting fruits and nuts in their Hiney to spice it up: “I put an apple in my Hiney, and I kind of liked it.”

Donnelly and Skylite must be doing something right. You can’t get a hold of any Hiney right now, because it’s completely sold out. In response to an email, Skylite informed The Brutal Hammer that the next vintage is in barrel, “expected to be bottled in late summer 2016.” Amazingly, this literal joke of a wine is no where near the end.

MUSKOGEE, Okla. (KTUL) -- A father is speaking out after his son was hurt following a fight at school in Muskogee, but Tony Baucom isn't upset about the injuries, he's upset with how the school responded, saying they’ve banned his wife from the campus.
It's only been four days since Baucom’s son ended up in the hospital following an incident at school.
Baucom says his son, whose name and face we’re protecting because he’s a minor, suffered a concussion and a fractured spine during class at Pershing Elementary in Muskogee.
A Muskogee father says his wife has been given a criminal trespass warning after an incident at Pershing Elem last week. He says she was trying to pick up their son after he was involved in a fight. But the district can’t say one way or another if she has been banned @KTULNews
He says another student hit his son with a laptop.
The 9-year-old little league baseball star is still hospitalized and will likely have to go through surgery.
But Baucom says it’s the school's response to the incident that has him upset.
Baucom says when his wife drove to the school last Thursday to pick up their son, he says school employees wouldn’t let her in.
Baucom says a school police officer later stopped by his house and gave his wife a criminal trespass statement.
We reached out to Muskogee Public Schools about the incident and whether or not Baucom's wife is banned, but they declined an interview and released a statement, saying in part:
In this case, the parent’s behavior became so inappropriate and unacceptable the school was forced to take more serious actions, which was to consider banning the parent from school grounds. However, we will continue to investigate this incident and turn it over to the district attorney if necessary.
Baucom says he’s been told criminal charges have been filed against his wife, but we checked with the Muskogee County District Attorney, and right now, nothing has come across his desk.

11-18-19 DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA WALMART, 3 DEAD

3 dead in a shooting 11-18-19 in Duncan, Oklahoma at Walmart only stopped because of a new gun carrry law without a permit starting in Oklahoma 11-1-19, when a good semaritan put one of those evil guns that the evil democrats want to ban, to the back of the shooters head.

Deadly Oklahoma Walmart Shooting Stopped After Armed Citizen Puts Gun To Suspect’s Head
Brandon Curtis
Published 11/18/19

DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA — A shooting incident occurred in a Walmart parking lot this morning where a man and woman were shot and killed as they sat inside a vehicle.

Immediately after, it is reported that an armed citizen, who was in the immediate area, drew his gun and put it to the head of the suspect and told him to stop shooting.

Duncan resident Aaron Helton, an Army veteran, said he was at the Walmart at about 9:45 a.m. local time when he heard nine shots and saw the gunman, gun in hand. Another man walked up, put a pistol to the gunman’s head and told him to stop shooting, Helton said.
via USA Today

The witness said that following this, the suspect put his gun to his head and fired, although police haven’t yet confirmed this information.

While police haven’t yet commented on any motive, a spokesperson for Walmart stated that the incident was isolated.

Walmart spokesman Payton McCormick told USA TODAY that no staff members were involved in the shooting or injured, and the store was not evacuated.

“This was an isolated incident in the parking lot and was not an active shooter situation,” McCormick said.

While the incident may have been a domestic incident, we’ll be unsure as to whether or not the suspect was planning to do harm to others. His plan all along may have been to end his life, and we’ll never know what influence the armed citizen actually had with the outcome of events.

The suspect’s identity has not been made public, however at least one person knew the suspect and spoke with reporters.

“He is an avid family man. A community person. Very well known in the community. Does all he can for the community and his family,” [Michael] Bryant said.

Bryant cannot understand what drove the suspect to do what he did, calling his actions completely out of character.

“I understand anger, separation. I`ve gone through it. I`m sure all of us have witnessed it at some point but it`s not one of the things you ever expect,” Bryant told reporters.

And the libtards say that the good guy with a gun is a myth.

Peter Postma The JMAN • 10 hours ago

well, they seem to be well steeped in myths when it comes to gun control

Or ANYTHING ELSE; "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor; if you like your plan you can keep your plan AND your premiums will come down by $2500"....how'd that 'free sheet' work out for you?

Mills The JMAN • 10 hours ago

I had a guy tell me today that good guys with guns don't always save lives, because sometimes the good guy kills the bad guy so the gun didn't really save a life.

Jason75 Mills • 7 hours ago

That sounds like the comic book logic, "When you kill a killer the number of killers in the world remains the same."
To which I respond with Punisher logic, "That's why I kill killers by the truck load. It leads to a net decline."

The 'good guy' with the gun didn't stop the 'bad guy' with the gun who murdered two people...you people are impossible !!!!

steveH01 CJC444 • 8 hours ago

The bad guy didn't shoot anyone else (other than himself) did he?

Steve Helton CJC444 • 8 hours ago

He prevented potentially other murders dumbass! Of course he didn't stop the guy before he murdered two people, you can't react that quickly and unfortunately there are bad people in the world. But at least he prevented other Carnage...... YOU are impossible!

John Bridell CJC444 • 6 hours ago

So he couldnt predict a killing before it happened? You cant be serious.

Are you naturally this stupid, or do you have to work at it?

There would have been more deaths, if the good guy with the gun had not stopped dumb Liberal killer. CJ, you are a dumb/democrat.

Bet this was supposed to be the next deep state false flag mass murder to farther traumatize Americans into giving up our guns!

heilbama • 13 hours ago

I carry my gun wherever I go. It's concealed, so it will stay hidden unless I need it.

Bill Redding heilbama • 10 hours ago • edited

I carry mine openly (for several reasons but not important here).

Somehow still found a way to discredit a legal armed citizen.

Ben Bushong Billy Storms • 8 hours ago

Well, if he had just shot the guy, there wouldn't be a question. But he approached him, got within arms reach (never a good idea when you have a gun, and a murderer is actively murdering others with a gun), put the gun up to his head, and then chatted with him to tell him to stop. Then he let the murderer move his own gun to a position to shoot himself, and shoot. This could have very easily been three victims and the murderous thig walks away.

If he had just taken the shot when he had it instead of dancing with the thug, I'd say that he stopped him. Otherwise, we don't know.

Dennis • 12 hours ago

Thanks for the armed citizen.

B Sharpe • 9 hours ago

Maybe we should ban Walmarts. They seem to make people want to shoot people.

Wade • 13 hours ago

Well its a pretty sure bet that he wasn't going to shooty anyone else with a gun to his head.

Bill Redding Wade • 10 hours ago • edited

He could have shoot the armed citizen, as it's evident he was going to (wanted to) die one way or the other -- didn't care WHO did it.

steveH01 Bill Redding • 8 hours ago

He'd have had to be awfully fast to shoot the fellow holding a gun to his head...

Bill Redding steveH01 • 7 hours ago • edited

Not if the citizen was hesitant to shoot, as MOST are.
That's why SO MANY criminals are "career criminals" -- they keep doing crimes because they're "held for the police" or let go to run away -- and victimize more people in the future.
But as I mentioned, if the guy wanted to die, it wouldn't matter if the citizens MIGHT shoot him -- the "suspect" didn't care, and like MOST mass/psycho-shooters, they DO shoot themselves in the end, as they do NOT expect to (or want to) survive the event.

Ben Bushong steveH01 • 8 hours ago

He got his own gun to his head and shot, why would he need to be any faster to shoot the other guy? Just being that close is a dumb idea. The good guy should have shot him as soon as he had a clear shot rather than dancing around with him that close.

OzCop • 14 hours ago

Listening to Fox, his wife and another man were in a car, or the man had just exited the car...Not sure that's the full truth, but sounds reasonable...

gorilla • 12 hours ago

See here... the armed hero shoulda let the man shoot 6 more people! Why you say? Because at this point the Liberals are going to claim it wasn't a mass shooting because 'How do you know he was going to kill more people?'!!

Bill Redding • 10 hours ago • edited

Another Walmart shooting (but in the parking lot this time).
Was Walmart thinking banning OCing (OpenCarrying) would make their premises safer?
The only "carriers" that respect the apparently "new-normal" (no OCing in some Big Box stores/ many supermarkets) are people who don't DO these shootings anyway...so what's really been accomplished?
Nothing...
BTW since I OC my gun almost exclusively, I have to put it in a pocket then I enter these "No OC but you can CC" stores now...it takes me 3X longer to draw it & shoot. Not cool. ;-)

Ben Bushong Bill Redding • 7 hours ago

I still open carry in Walmart and Sam's Club... not a question asked, not an eyebrow raised...

Bill Redding Ben Bushong • 7 hours ago • edited

...but I'm going to respect their "no OC requests" and so not going to push that envelope: I CC my gun upon entering (in my vest pocket -- awkward but doable) then OC it when out the door and in the parking lot.
Besides, here in El Paso TX (where that Walmart got shot up back in August -- you know, Beto "I'll take your guns!" O'Rourke's hometown), there is armed security (City cops, Sheriff deputies or armed security contractors) in the stores now (even saw City cops at Best Buy here)...they will stop an OCer at the front door and ask him to leave, or else it's a criminal trespass charge. No thanks...
Again, I'm not going to push it (at least I can CC in these stores -- and DO).
Now, if they said you can't carry AT ALL, I wouldn't respect that AT ALL.

Ben Bushong Bill Redding • 2 hours ago

I just think it's so silly that they don't care about guns that are hidden, that they can't see, but lose their minds over the ones that they can... what criminal open carries, especially when a permit is required like in Texas? Walmart has it so backwards. Anyway, they haven't completely lost their minds in Alabama, yet... I'll continue to open carry one and conceal the other...

HAPPY • 9 hours ago

BC: ".....we’ll never know what influence the armed citizen actually had with the outcome of events."

BC may not know, but many folks, self included, know for sure that once the "armed citizen" drew his piece, NO other innocents died! THAT is FACT!

Ben Bushong HAPPY • 7 hours ago

And if he had actually shot the murderer instead of getting close enough to dance with him, and then talking to him, we actually would know.

Jon24 • 14 hours ago

This story has many holes, and makes zero sense!

Guest Jon24 • 13 hours ago

Kind of like you need more details to know the whole story, right? Love the way people jump to conclusions while the story is still developing.

Mel Taylor Jon24 • 14 hours ago

He put a gun to his head but didn't disarm him? Yeah that makes no sense.

Robert Williams Mel Taylor • 14 hours ago

Probably didn't have a chance to disarm him

Sherry Sue Mel Taylor • 11 hours ago

Saves taxpayer money that way.

Silander North Mel Taylor • 9 hours ago

It's not so easy to disarm someone safely. Taking a loaded gun away from someone is quite dangerous, especially if they want to hold on to it.

Bill Redding Silander North • 7 hours ago

True...same as someone holding a knife!

LJR Limited • 10 hours ago • edited

kill these dirtbags, why tell him to stop shooting? you have all the justification in the world to end that dirtbag, so do it.

Bill Redding LJR Limited • 10 hours ago • edited

Problem is though (sadly) MOST armed citizens can't get as down & dirty as criminals can, so citizens hesitate to use lethal force...which puts them at a psychological DISadvanatge, one criminals do NOT have.
Citizens shouldn't, because hesitating can (and does) get them killed.
So I agree: Just shoot, with no talking to the "suspect" whatsoever.
And if the "suspect" doesn't survive long enough for the cops to get him into an ambulance, then that's all the better for everyone...

Cameron Hayden • 11 hours ago

He told the guy to stop shooting but somehow the shooter still shot himself. Sounds more like there was no talk and the shooter just got blown away by a person carrying. Or the entire "hero citizen with a gun" is complete bull shit to hype up gun nuts.

Joel Cameron Hayden • 10 hours ago

Lets say the hero with a gun did kill him. Still defensive use as he does not know and has reason to believe, the guy would shoot others. I know you don't like guns, but you are protected by them all the time.

America's Greatest Mystery | A Missing Plane Landed 37 Years After Taking Off

How children perceive their Grandparents......
1. She was in the bathroom, putting on her makeup, under the watchful eyes of her young granddaughter, as she'd done many times before. After she applied her lipstick and started to leave, the little one said, "But Grandma, you forgot to kiss the toilet paper good-bye!" I will probably never put lipstick on again without thinking about kissing the toilet paper good-bye....
2. My young grandson called the other day to wish me Happy Birthday. He asked me how old I was, and I told him, 80. My grandson was quiet for a moment, and then he asked, "Did you start at 1?"
3. After putting her grandchildren to bed, a grandmother changed into old slacks and a droopy blouse and proceeded to wash her hair. As she heard the children getting more and more rambunctious, her patience grew thin. Finally, she threw a towel around her head and stormed into their room, putting them back to bed with stern warnings. As she left the room, she heard the three-year-old say with a trembling voice,
"Who was THAT?"
4. A grandmother was telling her little granddaughter what her own childhood was like. "We used to skate outside on a pond. I had a swing made from a tire; it hung from a tree in our front yard. We rode our pony. We picked wild raspberries in the woods."
The little girl was wide-eyed, taking this all in. At last she said, "I sure wish I'd gotten to know you sooner!"
5. My grandson was visiting one day when he asked, "Grandma, do you know how you and God are alike?" I mentally polished my halo and I said, "No, how are we alike?'' "You're both old," he replied.
6. A little girl was diligently pounding away on her grandfather's word processor. She told him she was writing a story.
"What's it about?" he asked.
"I don't know," she replied. "I can't read."
7. I didn't know if my granddaughter had learned her colors yet, so I decided to test her. I would point out something and ask what color it was. She would tell me and was always correct. It was fun for me, so I continued. At last, she headed for the door, saying, "Grandma, I think you should try to figure out some of these colors yourself!"
8. When my grandson Billy and I entered our vacation cabin, we kept the lights off until we were inside to keep from attracting pesky insects. Still, a few fireflies followed us in. Noticing them before I did, Billy whispered, "It's no use Grandpa. Now the mosquitoes are coming after us with flashlights."
9. When my grandson asked me how old I was, I teasingly replied, "I'm not sure." "Look in your underwear, Grandpa," he advised "Mine says I'm 4 to 6."
10.. A second grader came home from school and said to her grandmother, "Grandma, guess what? We learned how to make babies today." The grandmother, more than a little surprised, tried to keep her cool. "That's interesting." she said... "How do you make babies?"
"It's simple," replied the girl. "You just change 'y' to 'i' and add 'es'."
11. Children's Logic: "Give me a sentence about a public servant," said a teacher. The small boy wrote: "The fireman came down the ladder pregnant." The teacher took the lad aside to correct him. "Don't you know what pregnant means?" she asked.
"Sure," said the young boy confidently. 'It means carrying a child."
12. A grandfather was delivering his grandchildren to their home one day when a fire truck zoomed past. Sitting in the front seat of the fire truck was a Dalmatian dog. The children started discussing the dog's duties.
"They use him to keep crowds back," said one child.
"No," said another. "He's just for good luck.. "
A third child brought the argument to a close."They use the dogs," she said firmly, "to find the fire hydrants."
13. A 6-year-old was asked where his grandma lived. "Oh," he said, "she lives at the airport, and when we want her, we just go get her. Then, when we're done having her visit, we take her back to the airport."
14. Grandpa is the smartest man on earth! He teaches me good things, but I don't get to see him enough to get as smart as him!
15. My Grandparents are funny, when they bend over, you hear gas leaks and they blame their dog.
